What it will do differently

Most generic forex calculators bolt indices on as an afterthought and use the wrong contract size — silently under- or over-stating your risk. This one will let you pick your instrument and your broker's contract specification (per-point value), so the lot size you get back is the lot size you can actually place.

It will also carry over the prop-firm logic from our prop firm calculator: preset rules for FTMO, FundedNext, FundingPips, The5%ers and E8 Markets, plus a live daily-drawdown headroom panel so you can see whether your planned NAS100 trade puts your funded account at risk before you place it.

Frequently asked

Why aren't indices live yet? Indices contract specs vary widely between brokers — DAX can be €1, €5 or €10 per point depending on where you trade. We're building the broker selector properly rather than shipping a calculator that gives you the wrong number.

Will it cost anything? No. Same model as the forex calculator — free forever, no signup required (the waitlist above is optional, just for launch notification).

Any ETA? No firm date. We're tracking demand via this page and prioritising accordingly. Joining the waitlist is the strongest signal you can send.

What about crypto / BTC? Possibly next, but indices first.
