The short version: we don't ask you to sign up, we don't sell your data, and we don't use the site to track you beyond standard anonymous analytics. The longer version is below.
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how the site is used at an aggregate level. This includes:
Google Analytics may set cookies in your browser to support this. We do not link analytics data to any personal identifier because we don't collect any.
The position size calculator processes account balance, risk percentage, pair, entry price, and stop loss entirely in your browser. None of these inputs are transmitted to our servers, logged, or stored anywhere. You can verify this by opening your browser's Network tab while using the calculator — no API calls are made to fxsizecalc.com servers when you calculate a position size. The only outbound network call is to open.er-api.com for live FX rates, and that call sends only the currency pair, no account information.
If you toggle between dark and light mode, your preference is saved in your browser's localStorage. This data never leaves your device. Clear your browser data to remove it.
We do not set any first-party cookies for tracking. Google Analytics may set cookies as described above. If you'd prefer not to be tracked, you can:
Some links on this site (notably to prop firms and brokers) are affiliate links. If you click one and subsequently sign up with the firm, we may receive a commission. This costs you nothing extra and never influences which firms we feature or how we describe them. We only feature firms we'd genuinely recommend.
Because we don't collect personal data, there's not much to exercise rights over — but for completeness:
If we ever change what we collect (we don't plan to), this page will be updated and the "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the change. The previous version will be retained at /privacy-archive.html.
